New Sunday 2 hour class – Bring your own bike/trainer to the studio

by admin on March 9, 2013

Bike trainerNew Sunday 2 hour endurance class from 12pm to 2pm starting Sunday March 17th and going every other weekend opposite of the Saturday 2 hour endurance class weekends. The studio will be opened up to allow customers to bring in their own bike and trainer/rollers, or ride a Keiser M3. This is the perfect opportunity for those training for any of the late spring and early summer longer distance cycling events such as the MN Ironman, Tour de Cure and MS 150.

No instructor. Ride to one hour of of a pro cycling video with Paul Sherwin and Phil Ligget’s commentary turned up and then one hour of a Sufferfest video. If you bring your bike we will roll out a Keiser M3 to make room.

The Sufferfest

Lemond RevolutionMembers of Team CycleQuest that are registered for the 2013 Tour de Cure can take this class for free. You will have a free class put in your account after taking the class.

There is no better way to train for the first longer outdoor rides of the season when the weather breaks than on your bike sitting on your saddle riding at your pace. The group setting will keep you motivated and you can even put on your ear buds and play music from an MP3 player if you want. The atmosphere will be relaxed and talking is allowed. If you have rollers bring them and maybe teach someone else how to ride on them.
